akres is a family owned and run local business.  Residing in Greer South Carolina, the married owners were already raising 3 young children of their own.  After spending over 35 combined years in private and public business and government sectors, the owners decided it was time to leap.  What made us happy?  We loved spending time at home with family, and helping others.  Bring the two together, where we could help people do the same, akres was born!
